Latest news on Article 23 legislation

The HKSAR government announced its decision on 5th September 2003 to withdraw the National Security (Legislative Provisions) Bill from the legislative programme so as to allow sufficient time for the community to study the enactment question. Meanwhile, the Security Bureau will establish a special working group to review the legislative work without any timetable.
