Dear Fellow Engineers

After fighting for speeding up the implementation of the outstanding projects of the defunct Urban Council and Regional Council for years, my efforts finally come to fruition. It is expected that the implementation of the projects will be covered by the 2005 Policy Address which will be released tomorrow.
